Brenda integrates in-depth community and market knowledge, with effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network to ensure all of her client’s needs are met.

This "client first" philosophy has always been a part of Brenda's approach and requires her to continually improve her skills. Some of Brenda's accomplishments include being a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Home Builders Association of TN Certified Residential Specialist, Licensed Real Estate Broker, Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS Life Member Awards of Excellence and member of the Graduate REALTORS Institute (GRI).
